1. How long will postage take?

This all depends on where you are located. We are based in Blackwater central QLD and use Australia Post to send our products. You can check postage times by heading to Auspost website; entering your postcode and ours (4717). https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/?cid=sem:2080206:brd:AP_-_Brand:p27185823955&ecid=p27185823955

2. Where is my parcel?

We suggest before contacting us you check your emails. We send out automated emails as soon as your item is posted which includes your tracking number. If you cannot find it make sure you've checked your junk mail also. If you still can't track it down or think it has taken longer than it should simply email us at info@countryallure.com please make sure you include your name and order number. You will then be contacted by one of our customer care team members.

3. Why is the discount code I entered not working?

Please ensure that the discount code is entered correctly, they are case sensitive so if it is displayed in capitals it must be entered in capital letters. If it is still not working make sure you contact us at info@countryallure.com. It is important that you do not proceed to pay without the discount deducted. This will result in you missing the discount as we cannot refund for this reason.

4. Are your hides Australian?

No, our hides are sourced from many countries including Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia & Pakistan. This is due to the exorbitant cost of tanning in Australia coupled with the lack of colour/pattern variations. We are however a family owned Australian business.

5. Are your animal products ethically sourced?

Yes, we ensure all of our animal products are sourced from reputable companies. We do frequent checks to ensure they are adhering to our strict guidelines. We work with small family owned manufacturers so that we know our products are made by loving hands. We use leather that is the by-product of the meat industry and strongly protest animals being used for their hide only.

6. When will a certain cowhide product be back in stock?

Due to the nature of cowhide we cannot simply restock a bag or purse that is out of stock. Each cowhide piece is unique and the patterns are one of a kind. We do however restock styles.
