As women, we live in a world full of so many influences. Everywhere we look there is a stereotype waiting to shape us. From a young age we are subconsciously moulded to be what others need, a daughter, sister, wife and mother, among many other titles. Somewhere within this journey, many women get lost. Trying to live up to other peoples expectations is a natural instinct, but it's tiring and sometimes too heavy to lift.
