Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Country Allure we work tirelessly to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore we recommend you familiarize yourself with our refund policy before making a purchase. We also recommend you inspect all items upon arrival to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, they match the description given and they are of quality described.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives in faulty or damaged condition, please notify Country Allure within 14 days of receiving your item for a store credit, full refund or replacement (if available). This also applies for products that do match the description given. Please do not attempt to send back items without talking to one of our customer care members. This can incur an extra handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase document eg: tax invoice. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. 

We will NOT refund products that have become of unacceptable quality due to misuse; wear and tear; failure to follow manufacturers instructions; or failure to take reasonable care. Care Instructions can be found on the website.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items; this includes mystery pick products. 

Change of mind: Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not normally given when you have simply changed your mind. We recommend you make careful selections and preview your shopping cart items to ensure they are correct before proceeding to checkout. We do however offer a store credit or replacement with shipping expenses covered by the customer. 

*Due to the nature of cowhide, marks, slight discolouration and small scars that occured in nature are not classified as faults. These should be both expected and welcomed for authenticity.

  • Country Allure will not be held liable In the event your return item is lost in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling costs.
