TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BIG SMALL BIZ GIVEAWAY AUSTRALIA 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Big Small Biz Giveaway Australia 2025 (“Promotion”). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, except residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
1.2 Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of the Promoter or any participating business are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entries made on behalf of another person or through automated means are not permitted.
2. Promoter
2.1 The Promoter is Country Allure Pty Ltd, ABN 52 623 616 580, (“the Promoter”).
2.2 All correspondence related to the Promotion should be directed to: info@countryallure.com
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion starts at 8:00am AEST on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Visit the giveaway landing page on the Promoter’s website;
(b) Complete the entry form with their full name, valid email address and phone number;
(c) Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
4.2 Entry is free and no purchase is required.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be invalidated.
4.4 Entries containing incomplete, invalid or false information may be deemed ineligible.
5. Draw Method
5.1 This Promotion is a game of chance and winners will be selected randomly.
5.2 All draws will take place in Blackwater, QLD 4717.
5.3 A total of 20 winners will be selected, with 2 winners drawn daily on the following dates:

15–19 December 2025
5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
6.1 There are 20 prize packs available to be won.
6.2 Each prize pack contains products provided by participating small businesses across Australia.
6.3 The total prize pool is valued at under AUD $5,000.
6.4 Individual prize packs may vary in value and contents.
6.5 Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
6.6 If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.
6.7 The Promoter and participating businesses are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed deliveries.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
7.1 Winners will be notified via email and SMS using the details provided at entry.
7.2 Winners’ phone calls will be filmed and publicly posted on the Promoter’s social media accounts. By entering, entrants consent to this publication.
7.3 Winners may also be listed on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
7.4 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.
8. Verification & Invalid Entries
8.1 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency before a prize is issued.
8.2 Entries may be deemed invalid if:
(a) They include false or misleading information;
(b) Multiple entries are submitted contrary to these Terms;
(c) Automated entries, bots or fraudulent methods are used;
(d) The entrant breaches these Terms in any way.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the Promotion.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
9.1 If any prize remains unclaimed after 14 days from first notification, the prize will be forfeited.
9.2 A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will occur at Blackwater, QLD 4717 on 10 January 2026.
9.3 The redraw results will be communicated in the same manner as the original draw.
10. Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter and participating businesses are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, expense or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:
(a) Technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
(b) Website, network or system outages;
(c) Third-party product issues or warranties.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
11.1 The Promoter collects entrant information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
11.2 By entering, entrants acknowledge and consent to their full name, email address and phone number being shared with all participating small businesses involved in the giveaway.
11.3 Entrants agree to receive marketing emails and SMS communications from the Promoter and participating businesses. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
11.4 Personal information will not be sold or shared with any unrelated third parties unless required by law.

12. Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12.2 This Promotion does not require trade permits, as the total prize pool value is under $5,000 and is not valid for ACT residents.
12.3 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
13. Acceptance
13.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
