Q. How will I know what is on sale?
All prices will be marked on the website. Absolutely everything will be on sale with prices marked down between 20-50% Off
Q. Where will I find the Black Friday discount code?
There is no discount code required for this sale. All prices will be marked as such.
Q. How long will it take my order to dispatch?
We are predicting up to a 10-14 day dispatch time due to the sheer volume of orders. Our country-work-hard team will be working as quickly as they can to ensure we can minimize this as much as possible. Hot Iron Branding orders will take the longest to dispatch.
Q. If I have items in my cart or wishlist will they held for when the sale goes live?
Unfortunately having items in your cart does not hold them for you. With our one of a kind products, it is first through the checkout to secure the product. We suggest having everything you want written out and using an express checkout option to ensure you can snag it first.
Q. If I make a mistake on my order can I change it before dispatch?
Eeek, not this time. We'll be moving fast to get all your online orders out on time. If you've made an error in your order please phone our warehouse team (0428259616) between 8am-4pm for the best chance at making a change.
Q. Will the sale be on in store?
No the sale is ONLINE only. Our store front is no longer open to the public.
Q. Can we stack discount codes?
No, all discount codes will be disabled for the time of the sale. All gift vouchers and credit notes can be used.
