Emerald Polocrosse Club Easter Raffle

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This raffle is conducted by Emerald Polocrosse Club, Emerald, Queensland, Australia.

Tickets for this raffle are sold online through the Country Allure website (www.countryallure.com) on behalf of Emerald Polocrosse Club.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold online via www.countryallure.com.

Ticket prices are:

• $5 per ticket

• 3 tickets for $10

• 10 tickets for $25

Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle draw.

Upon purchase, entrants will receive confirmation of their entry via email.

4. Raffle Period

Ticket sales commence once published online and will close at 11:59pm AEST on 1 April 2025, unless sold out earlier.

5. Prize Details

The prizes are:

🥇 1st Prize: $500
🥈 2nd Prize: $200 Voucher
🥉 3rd Prize: $100
4th Prize: $100
5th Prize: $100

Winners may choose to receive their prize as cash or a gift card of equivalent value.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable except at the promoter’s discretion.

6. Draw Date

The raffle draw will take place on 2 April 2025 in Emerald, Queensland.

The draw will be conducted randomly from all valid entries.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Winners may also be announced on the Emerald Polocrosse Club and/or Country Allure social media pages.

8. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
If a prize remains unclaimed after this time, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Delivery of Prizes

Prizes will be arranged directly with winners following the draw.

Cash prizes may be paid via bank transfer, and vouchers or gift cards may be issued electronically or by post.

10. Use of Funds

All proceeds from this raffle will go toward supporting the Emerald Polocrosse Club, including club development, facilities, and events.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for the raffle will only be used for administering the raffle and contacting winners and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

12. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, website interruptions, or transaction errors that may affect entry into the raffle.

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the raffle.

13. Acceptance

Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
